3. Agreements and Proposals
All services are provided according to the agreed proposal, which includes pricing, deliverables, and timelines. Any changes to the scope of work must be mutually agreed upon in writing.
4. Payment Terms
- Payments are due as outlined in the proposal or invoice.
- Monthly services will be paused or canceled if payment is not received by the 10th of the month.
- I accept payments via PayPal & Bank Transfer.
5. Cancellation & Refunds
- You may cancel any service at any time by notifying me in writing.
- While rare, if you are not satisfied with the services, I offer a refund of your most recent payment, evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

6. Client Responsibilities
To provide effective SEO services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information about your website, business, and goals.
- Grant necessary access to website platforms, analytics tools, or other relevant resources.
- Respond to requests and provide approvals in a timely manner.
7. Limitation of Results
SEO results depend on multiple factors including search engine algorithms, competition, and website structure. While I will use my expertise to improve your rankings and traffic, I do not guarantee specific rankings or results.
8. Intellectual Property
- I retain the rights to any proprietary methods, templates, or materials used to provide services.
- You retain ownership of content and data provided to me.
- Upon full payment, any deliverables specifically created for you as part of the agreed services will belong to you.
9. Confidentiality

10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, I am not liable for:
- Loss of revenue, profits, or data
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

- You fail to make payments as agreed
- You violate these terms
- Legal obligations require termination

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Gonda, Uttar Pradesh, India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Gonda, Uttar Pradesh, India.
